The Library houses 16,687 books including 85 magazine subscriptions, 82 tribal newspapers & newsletters, and 8,000 books from the Nipo Strongheart collection. Storytelling is available for the headstart programs which is dependent on available staffing (call for information). Also available, a 27-page information packet about the Yakama history and culture for $4.50 in-person or $5.00 by mail. Open to the general public. Yakima County residents are able to check out books.

Saturday 10:45 a.m. to 4:45 p.m.
Closed Sundays
(closing times usually coincides with the Gift Shop hours)
Summer hours: 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.
